      Law Cost Draftsman

      The primary role is to undertake all legal costing services for our Clients including the preparation of Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, Points of Replies and the preparation of Precedent H forms.

      Key responsibilities:

      To successfully undertake all legal costing services for clients including:

      • Preparation of Bills of Costs
      • Preparation of Points of Dispute and Points of Reply
      • Prepare Advise and Opinions
      • Attend Solicitors offices to provide In-House services
      • Utilise software in form of Cost Master and the Case Management System to its full potential.
      • Operate desktop computer to draft legal documentation and edit correspondence from dictation.
      • Maintain and promote the Company’s good name, products, services and reputation
      • Establish, maintain and update reference documents in the form of cost guidelines and regulations
      • Deal with client queries as and when they arise
